Sooner Home Care has earned a reputation among patients, caregivers & their families, as well as physicians & other referral sources, as a reliable, trusted, high-quality home health care service provider of choice.
As a home health care provider, our job is to bring skilled nursing care, therapy, and home health aide services to our patients while they recover at home from an illness or injury. We believe in employing highly qualified individuals to provide our patients with top quality service and compassionate care.
All care is prescribed & directed by the patient’s personal physician who receives regular updates concerning their condition & progress toward established treatment goals. Our professional staff will continue to work closely with the patient’s physician to maintain or improve an individualized plan of care throughout the patient’s time on service with our agency.
At Sooner Home Health, our competent management team’s primary objective is to ensure professional and responsive service to all parties and deliver the highest-quality care that exceeds standards established by Medicare.
